Both plushies are made with felt and some of the details are made with ribbons or painted. And yes, the eyes are painted :)

How did you manage to paint them so smoothly? I've tried painting on felt and it comes out super woolly. so i had to resort to using other materials instead of felt, which is hard bcos where i live, anything other than felt is very hard to get and expensive too.
Can u give some pointers? please? *hopeful*

Well it's not so complicated, you have to try blending the paint before it dries, what I do is paint the darkest part of the eye first and with a round stick I expand the paint until it blends with the color of the felt, and later do the same with the white paint. I hope you understand me (my english is not so good), will try to make a tutorial soon :), it's easy to understand when you have visual aid :).
